  • Your phone or tablet, and its Android version (in your device's Settings › About phone)
  • The game's version, shown at the bottom of Settings › Apps › The Mystical Door
  • Your hero, and which book and chapter you are in
  • What happened, and what you expected to happen
  • A screenshot or a screen recording, if you can

For a problem with a purchase, include the order number from Google's receipt email. It starts with GPA.

Please never send card details or passwords. We will never ask for them.
