Finish The Cartographer's Oath, A Study in Fog and The Vault of Embers with the same hero, and a fourth book appears on the shelf in the library. It is part of the full game.

Books finished by heroes in your other save slots don't count. It has to be one hero's journey.

That's all we'll say here. It's best found for yourself.
