Your purchase comes with you. Sign in to the same Google account, open the game, and the full game unlocks by itself.

Your saves stay on the device. The game has no cloud saves of its own, and we never receive a copy of a save, so we can't move or recover one for you. Uninstalling the game deletes its saves from that device.

If your device's own backup is switched on, Android may copy the game's data to a new device signed in to the same Google account. That is a feature of Android rather than of the game, and it isn't guaranteed, so please don't rely on it to keep a run you care about.
